In consideration of the right to participate in this activity, I waive and release any and all rights and claims for injury that I may have against the Ballroom Dance Club of Fairbanks (BDCF), and hold harmless its Board, employees, instructors and agents, for any and all injuries incurred by me while participating and voluntarily assuming the risk of this in this activity, unless such injury is caused by gross negligence of the Releasees. I have read and understand the terms and conditions stated herein.
